Who you are:
- To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- ScrumStudy Master, ScrumStudy Product Owner, or ScrumStudy Developer certificates is mandatory - In instances where the certification is not currently held, we are committed to providing support for obtaining the necessary certification and Trainer status.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills to effectively deliver complex Scrum concepts.
- Proven organizational abilities to manage training schedules and resources efficiently.
- Initiative, dedication, and a collaborative spirit to thrive in a dynamic training environment.
- A passion for transferring knowledge effectively and inspiring learners of diverse backgrounds.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Previous experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach is considered a plus.
