What you'll do:
Sales Campaigns:
- Participate in the organization of new sales campaigns, providing suggestions and product information.
- Monitor sales reports in Power BI, analyze leads, and make recommendations to improve sales campaigns.
- Apply campaign elements (pricing, discounts, scholarships) and update data in the CRM system.
- Organize and execute events based on campaign instructions and requests.
B2G (Business-to-Government):
- Prepare documents for tenders and public procurements.
- Enter candidate questions for tenders into the appropriate program.
- Assist in testing candidates and collecting documentation for tenders.
- Update and manage state/public institution data in the CRM system.
- Create and track sales opportunities in the CRM system.
- Organize and conduct meetings with state/public institutions for tender and project implementation.
B2B (Business-to-Business):
- Create and review offers and contracts for standard training.
- Perform direct sales of training through various channels and update CRM records.
- Schedule meetings with companies as directed.
B2C (Business-to-Consumer):
- Perform direct sales of training to individuals and update CRM records.
- Organize training meetings and handle payment processes.
- Update individual contact data and track sales opportunities in the CRM system.
Finance:
- Monitor and manage payments, contact debtors, and handle financial orders.
- Synchronize instalment payments and generate invoices in coordination with the finance department.
General Administration:
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails, redirecting them as necessary.
- Monitor and respond to the course inbox.
- Greet and assist clients as needed.
Organization of Training:
- Create and manage training schedules in consultation with the immediate manager.
- Order e-books and labs and prepare technical requirements for IT Pro training.
- Notify lecturers and trainees about training schedules and start dates.
Teaching and Evaluation:
- Communicate with lecturers about schedule changes, technical issues, and other concerns.
- Analyze reports from internal surveys and evaluations, providing feedback to the immediate manager.

- You have strong analytical and organizational skills.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You are detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- You have experience in sales or marketing (preferred).
- You are a proactive team player who can work independently when needed.
- You are customer-focused and committed to delivering high-quality service.
