To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
- Higher education in the field of civil or structural engineering, or architecture
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in structural design
- Presentation and communication skills
- Excellent command of the English language
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit Structure
- Expertise in structural design principles and analysis
- Understanding of Building Information Modeling (BIM) for structural systems
- Ability to create detailed and accurate 3D models of structural elements
- Knowledge of industry standards for structural design and construction
- Familiarity with industry-standard drafting and modeling tools for structural engineering
- Competence in using collaborative tools for structural design projects
Previous teaching or training experience is a plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
