To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

Higher education in the field of architecture or related discipline
Minimum of 3 years of work experience in architectural design
Presentation and communication skills
Excellent command of the English language
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit Architecture
Expertise in architectural design principles and construction
Understanding of Building Information Modeling (BIM)
Ability to create detailed and accurate 3D models of buildings
Knowledge of sustainable design practices
Familiarity with industry-standard drafting and modeling tools
Competence in using collaborative tools for architectural design projects

Previous teaching or training experience is a plus.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
