Join Semos Education as a Project Management Trainer and play an important role in delivering project management training programs, certification preparation courses, workshops, and academies for individuals and corporate clients.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has at least 3 years of practical experience in one or more of the following areas: Project Management, Product Management, Business Analysis, or related disciplines.
- PMP® certification is preferred.
- Has experience leading projects and working with cross-functional teams.
- Can translate real-world experience into engaging learning experiences.
- Is passionate about knowledge sharing, mentoring, and developing professionals.
What You'll Do
- Deliver instructor-led training, workshops, bootcamps, certification preparation programs, and academies.
- Facilitate learning for both individual participants and corporate clients.
- Conduct practical exercises, case studies, simulations, and project-based learning.
- Guide participants through real-world project management scenarios and best practices.
- Improve and maintain training materials and exercises.
- Create practical examples and assessments.
- Stay up to date with project management frameworks, certifications, market trends, and emerging technologies.
- Contribute to the development of new learning solutions and training programs.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, Engineering, Organizational Sciences, Project Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on project management experience.
- Experience with tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
- Experience using AI tools in project management and business environments.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to engage and inspire learners from different professional backgrounds.
- Strong organizational and facilitation skills.
- Self-driven, proactive, and collaborative mindset.
