We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to help promote our courses and educational offerings. In this role, you’ll manage and execute marketing strategies across a variety of channels, both digital and traditional, to grow awareness and engagement with our educational programs. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, and results-focused, with a strong ability to develop campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences. You'll work on crafting engaging content, optimizing digital platforms and driving campaigns that attract and nurture potential learners. Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in the marketing industry
- Demonstrated experience in crafting marketing and social media strategies
- Bachelor's and/or master’s degree in a relevant field (preferred)
- Demonstrated experience in crafting marketing and social media strategies
- Excellent command of Macedonian and English language spelling and grammar
- Advanced understanding of digital marketing and production
- Track record of delivering effective and innovative digital campaigns
- Strong aptitude for creative writing and presentation skills
- Strong communication, organisational, and teamwork skills
- Proficient in MS Office
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Execute and manage successful marketing campaigns across various channels, including content creation, PPC advertising, event management, social media, and lead generation.
- Generate sales leads for both B2B and B2C markets.
- Provide strategic recommendations for quarterly and annual marketing budgets.
- Oversee and approve all marketing materials, from digital assets to printed brochures.
- Establish and define key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing and social media, analyzing data for actionable insights.
- Plan and coordinate events, including open days and promotional activities.
- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies for specific products, services, and events.
- Engage with potential clients through social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Conduct independent analyses and prepare reports on website traffic, content performance, and overall campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor web traffic, design campaigns to attract new leads, and identify potential clients
