Primary Resonsibilities:
- Manages the company's marketing team
- Takes proactive measures to ensure the overall performance of the marketing department.
- Responsible for creating, developing, and evaluating the company's marketing strategy by country, as well as for product placement in international markets.
- Plans, organizes, and coordinates market research to stay informed about trends and the marketing activities of competitors, and suggests initiatives for brand positioning in those markets.
- Plans, monitors, and controls the budget for implementing the marketing strategy/plan by country and department in alignment with organizational goals.
- Researches, identifies, and qualifies new leads from potential and existing clients, thereby supporting sales efforts.
- Participates in and is responsible for developing a strategy for brand awareness and positioning.
- Responsible for producing valuable content for the company's online presence, including design and publications.
- Organizes conferences and other company events.
- Keeps up-to-date with the latest best practices in marketing and applies them to the company's operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in the relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in marketing, with a proven track record of leading and managing a marketing team.
- Outstanding communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing marketing and social media strategies.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing trends and production processes and proven ability to deliver effective and innovative digital campaigns.
- Excellent command of both Macedonian language and English language with strong spelling and grammar skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite Tools is considered a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
