What you'll do:
Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement strategies for digital business solutions, data analysis, and AI applications to enhance work efficiency and achieve company goals.
- Conduct annual audits and prepare business plans for the development of digital business solutions.
- Monitor market changes and technological advancements to ensure continuous growth and development.
- Prepare and defend annual business plans before the Finance Director and General Director.
Development and Maintenance of Digital Business Solutions:
- Approve the development and release of new digital business solutions, including web portals, cloud applications, data science solutions, and AI applications.
- Oversee changes to existing digital business solutions and ensure the smooth running of automated solutions.
- Define and enforce data loss prevention (DLP) policies in collaboration with the IT and Security Department.
Introduction of AI in the Company:
- Lead the introduction of AI technologies across various departments to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making.
- Develop and implement training programs for employees to effectively utilize AI tools and applications.
Introduction of Consultancy Services:
- Establish consulting services within the country and internationally to offer expertise in digital business solutions and AI applications.
- Develop strategies to market and promote consulting services to potential clients.
- Oversee the delivery of consultancy projects, ensuring high-quality service and client satisfaction.
Data Analysis and CRM Information System:
- Approve new reporting solutions for production.
- Report and address errors or malfunctions in the CRM solution during integration with financial software.
Human Resource Management:
- Determine the need for new employees and interns, and participate in their selection process.
- Assign mentors, monitor progress, and provide necessary support to new employees and interns.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for department members.
- Organize and implement weekly team meetings, delegate tasks, and foster teamwork.
Administration:
- Distribute and manage tasks from the ticketing system related to the functionality and automation of existing digital business solutions.
Who you are:
- Have at least 4+ years of previous experience.
- Proven experience in creating and implementing strategies for digital business solutions, data analysis, and AI applications.
- Strong knowledge of market trends, technology advancements, and industry standards.
- Experience in preparing and defending business plans and strategies.
- Expertise in developing, approving, and maintaining digital business solutions.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and integration processes.
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
