To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
- Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Science
- ISTQB Certified (CTFL) certification beyond the ISTQB Foundation level
- Profound expertise in software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices
- Proficiency in utilizing Selenium WebDriver for test automation
- Competency in programming languages including Java, Python, JavaScript, and SQL
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Demonstrated efficiency and organizational abilities in the context of software testing
- Proven initiative, commitment, and a collaborative team spirit
- A strong desire and capability to effectively transfer and share knowledge within the team
- Excellent proficiency in the English language
Primary Responsibilities
- Conducting ISTQB training sessions for both students and professionals.
- Continuously enhancing knowledge and pursuing relevant certifications.
