What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, development, and offboarding.
- Ensure compliance with labor legislation, internal policies, and HR best practices across multiple countries.
- Coordinate trainers and employees onboarding, certifications, learning paths, professional development activities, and performance evaluations.
- Identify learning and development needs and organize training, upskilling, and talent development initiatives for employees and trainers.
- Drive employee engagement, performance management, retention, recognition, and well-being initiatives.
- Participate in AI adoption, digital skills development, HR digitalization, and continuous improvement projects.
- Prepare HR reports and workforce insights to support business decisions and organizational growth.
- Contribute to the planning and organization of internal events, trainer gatherings, workshops, and company-wide initiatives.
Your Profile
- University degree in psychology or human resources related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources (preferably in an IT industry).
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
- Interest and understanding of AI, digitalization, and new technologies, or a strong willingness and ability to learn quickly and adapt to continuous changes.
- Proactive, people-oriented, and solution-focused mindset.
- Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail, able to meet deadlines.
- Fluent in Macedonian and English; knowledge of Serbian is considered an advantage.
