We are looking for a Head of AI Services – a leader who will manage the company's entire AI business line, develop new AI services, work directly with clients, and build a team that will deliver AI consulting services, AI implementations, AI assessments, AI training programs, and AI agents.
This position is intended for a person who understands business and technology equally well. We are not looking for a traditional programmer, nor a traditional sales manager. We are looking for someone who knows how to communicate with CEOs and management teams, identify business challenges, and propose AI solutions that deliver results.
Main Mission - To build and lead the AI Services division of Semos Education as a profitable business unit that will offer: AI Readiness Assessments, AI Adoption Services, AI Consulting, AI Implementation Support, AI Agent Development, Custom AI Solutions, AI Training Programs, etc.
The role includes close collaboration with teams, clients, and partners across North Macedonia, Serbia, and other markets where Semos Education operates through offices, representative entities, or strategic partnerships.
What You'll Do
- Build and lead the AI Services business unit, taking ownership of its growth, profitability, and revenue targets.
- Define and execute the strategy, service portfolio, and go-to-market approach for AI consulting, AI implementation, AI agents, and AI training services.
- Identify new business opportunities, develop commercial offerings, and create sustainable revenue streams through AI solutions and services.
- Work directly with clients, executive teams, and decision-makers to understand business challenges and recommend AI solutions that deliver measurable business value.
- Lead AI assessments, workshops, discovery sessions, and roadmap development for client organizations.
- Support the sales process by participating in client meetings, solution design, proposal development, and closing strategic opportunities.
- Oversee the successful delivery of AI projects and ensure solutions are both technically feasible and commercially viable.
- Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing AI team, establishing standards, processes, and key performance indicators.
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, trainers, and technical experts to accelerate AI adoption and business growth.
- Develop partnerships with Microsoft, OpenAI, and other technology providers, while positioning Semos Education as a trusted AI consulting and services partner in the market.

Your Profile
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in one or more of the following areas: AI Solutions, Digital Transformation, IT Management, Business Consulting, etc.
- Experience working with enterprise clients.
- Strong understanding of AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI concepts.
- Ability to communicate with both business and technical audiences.
- Experience leading teams and projects.
- Excellent presentation and consulting skills.
- Experience in business process analysis and optimization.
- Understanding of Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, Power Platform, OpenAI, or similar technologies.
- Experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or business development will be considered a significant advantage.
- Excellent command of English.
- University degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
