performance-driven DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST who will help us strengthen our online
presence, generate high-quality leads, and contribute to the growth of our training and education
services.
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, measuring, and
optimizing digital marketing activities across multiple channels, while working closely with sales,
academies, trainers, and business stakeholders.

What you'll do:
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital channels
- Generate qualified leads and support business growth through performance marketing initiatives
- Manage and optimize landing pages to improve conversion rates
- Create, coordinate, and publish engaging content across websites, social media channels, blogs, and email campaigns
- Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and other reporting tools
- Execute SEO activities to improve organic visibility and website traffic
- Manage email marketing campaigns and marketing automation activities
- Collaborate with sales and business teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives
- Conduct A/B testing and continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data
- Follow the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, including AI-powered marketing tools
Your Profile:
- Have at least 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing
- Experienced in managing digital advertising campaigns and lead-generation activities
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Understand marketing funnels, customer journeys, and conversion optimization
- Have hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4, and email marketing platforms
- Possess excellent content planning and communication skills
- Work comfortably with data and performance metrics
- Fluent in English language
- Highly organized and efficient
- Able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Nice to have:
- Experience in B2B marketing
- Experience in education, IT, or professional services industry
- Knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation platforms
- Experience with AI tools for content creation, campaign optimization, and marketing analytics
