As a Microsoft Cloud Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our technology vision, leveraging your expertise in Azure Infrastructure and M365 Administration to empower organizations and individuals globally. You will conduct instructor-led training sessions, inspiring and equipping our clients to surpass their goals. When not conducting classes, you will actively engage in organizational tasks that align with your expertise, contributing directly to our collective success.

We'll cover costs for certifications such as Azure Adminstrator Associate (AZ-104), Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert (MS-102), and more, along with facilitating your esteemed status as an MCT. Primary Responsibilities:

Conducting Microsoft training sessions for both students and professionals, both on-site and online
When not conducting classes, you will engage in tasks that align with your expertise and meet the organization's needs.
Continuously enhancing knowledge and pursuing relevant certifications
Traveling to different locations as part of training activities

To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Science
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Azure Infrastructure and M365 Administration
Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) and Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert (MS-102) certifications preferred; support provided for certification attainment if not currently held
Manage Microsoft Azure cloud services: virtual machines, networks, and storage.
Microsoft Intune
Azure App Services
Administer Microsoft 365 applications: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams
Configure Azure infrastructure: Active Directory, Resource Manager, and Monitor
Troubleshoot Azure networking for secure connectivity
Optimize Azure and Microsoft 365 environments for performance and cost efficiency
Provide technical support on Azure and Microsoft 365 features
Implement security policies to protect data and applications
Excellent proficiency in English
Strong presentation and communication skills
Demonstrated efficiency and organizational abilities
Initiative, commitment, and a collaborative team spirit
Ability to effectively transfer and share knowledge
