Join Semos Education as an AI Services & Training Sales Specialist and help organizations implement AI solutions while upskilling their teams through customized AI training programs.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has at least 2 years of sales experience (preferably in B2B), ideally in tech or AI-related products/services.
- OR possesses strong AI knowledge and ambition to build a sales career — we are open to considering such profiles for this position.
What You'll Do
Sales & Business Development
- Sell AI services (consulting, implementation support, custom AI solutions).
- Drive sales of AI training programs for corporate clients and institutions.
- Identify client needs and craft tailor-made AI service & training packages.
- Build and nurture strong business relationships with companies, vendors, and partners.
- Manage sales cycle: lead generation, proposals, and negotiations.
Market & Product Strategy
- Monitor AI market trends, emerging tools, and client demands.
- Suggest innovative services and new AI training programs based on market needs.
- Collaborate with technical teams to align offerings with customer requirements.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work with marketing on campaigns, events, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate with teams in Serbia, North Macedonia, and global AI partners.
- Maintain accurate CRM and prepare regular performance reports.
- Etc.
Your Profile
- 2+ years in sales, especially tech or AI solutions (preferred).
- OR strong AI knowledge (tools, concepts, applications) with willingness to learn sales skills.
- Excellent business communication in English and local language.
- Consultative selling skills and ability to understand client business goals.
- Self-driven, proactive, and tech-savvy.
- Experience with CRM systems and structured sales processes is a plus.
